Bus Cap Berhad is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiary, the Company is involved in bus building, covering the design and manufacturing of bus bodies, assembly of bus bodies with chassis sourced from chassis principals/dealers, sourcing and installation of fittings and accessories to form CBU buses as well as provision of bus repair and maintenance services. It sells its buses to local customers in Malaysia, which include bus transport service operators, travel companies and government agencies. It sells its buses to end customers in Singapore, such as bus transport service operators and travel companies, primarily through a vehicle dealer in Singapore. Its bus building activities cover the fabrication of bus bodies, assembly of the bus body onto chassis sourced from chassis principals/dealers, as well as sourcing and installation of fittings and accessories, to form CBU buses. It provides repair and maintenance services for buses that are not built by the Company.
