Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 May 2023 ("Initial Announcement") in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between FSBM Holdings Berhad's ("FSBM" or "the Company") wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM MES Elite Sdn. Bhd. and Selangor Human Resource Development Centre for the joint collaboration in application-based research and development in technology applications suited for industrial applications.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU has lapsed and the Parties have mutually agreed not to extend the tenure of the MOU for the proposed joint collaboration. Accordingly, the MOU has ceased to have effect as of 26 May 2026.

The expiration of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.
