Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2024 in relation to the Collaboration Agreement between FSBM Holdings Berhad's ("FSBM" or "the Company") wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM MES Elite Sdn. Bhd. and Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd. ("collectively known as "Parties") for collaboration to explore business opportunities on a non-exclusive basis to expand market access for the purchase and sale of T-Parus Technology Voltage Sag Protectors (VSP) and Energy Saving Compressor(s) within Southeast Asia.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 28 May 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, having careful commercial consideration, the Parties have mutually agreed to terminate the Collaboration Agreement with effect from today, 26 May 2026.

The termination of the Collaboration Agreement is not expected to have any material financial impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.
