Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 January 2025 ("Initial Announcement") in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between FSBM Holdings Berhad's ("FSBM" or "the Company") wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. and Cydentiq Sdn. Bhd. for the joint collaboration for exploration of a partnership to develop and market innovative solutions.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. has on 18 June 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Cydentiq Sdn. Bhd.
