Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 5 April 2024 and 16 January 2025 in relation to the Material Litigation for Writ of Summon No.: WA-22NCvC-208-03/2024 served by Systech Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Wilstech Sdn Bhd) ("the Plaintiff") against Syauqat bin Dato' Mohd Suhaimi, the Director of SRHB, and Silver Ridge Sdn Bhd ("SRSB"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (collectively, referred as "the Defendants"). 

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's earlier announcements. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that a Judgment Debtor Summons has been issued against the Defendants following their failure to settle the agreed settlement sum. As at 23 June 2026, the outstanding settlement amount remains at RM126,060.87. In addition, interest accrued for the period from 2 April 2026 to 23 June 2026 amounts to RM1,416.03, bringing the total amount due and owing to RM127,476.90 as at 23 June 2026. 

Following the issuance of the Judgment Debtor Summons by the Court, the Company will continue to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding settlement sum and accrued interest from the Defendants. The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in respect of this matter as and when necessary.
