| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Iswaraan was the Group Chief Operations Officer of AmBank Group (2017 - 2025), where he drove the bank's digital strategy, adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and process automation across business lines while addressing risk management. He was the Group Chief Information and Operations Officer for CIMB Group before joining AmBank, where he managed the bank's digital transformation in systems and operations across all businesses and geographies through the strategic application of technology and innovation. His career began in audit with Arthur Andersen, before joining the Bank of Commerce in 1991. He joined CIMB Securities in 1994, where he held various roles in operations, equity risk, strategy risk and compliance. He became Executive Director of Operations, prior to moving to the parent company, CIMB Merchant Bank in 2000. |
