The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Board Investment Committee of the Company, which was established on 6 September 2021, has been dissolved with effect from 2 July 2026.

With effect from 2 July 2026, the Employee Share Option Scheme Committee of the Company shall comprise of the following members:-

Member - Nirmala A/P Doraisamy (Independent Non-Executive Director)

Member - Mizran Bin Md Nahar (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)
