Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 October 2025, 7 January 2026 and 6 April 2026 in relation to the MOU signed between BRSB and PASSB ("Announcement").

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to provide the following updates:

• Both parties have continued to engage actively through a series of discussions and working-level engagements, particularly during the late first quarter of the year, as part of their ongoing evaluation of potential collaboration opportunities.

• The engagements have primarily focused on opportunities within the aviation segment, especially the development on In-Flight Entertainment systems, leveraging the complementary capabilities of both parties. Preliminary discussions were also held on selected opportunities within the rail sector, including Passenger Information Entertainment System solutions. These engagements involved the assessment of potential market opportunities, customer requirements, and areas of strategic fit.

• Both parties will continue to evaluate the feasibility and commercial potential of such opportunities with a view towards identifying mutually beneficial areas of collaboration.
