Mr Ma See Pin is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He is a Licensed Tax Agent with more than 15 years of professional experience in taxation, audit, and business advisory services.

Mr Ma currently serves as Director/Partner of YK Corporate Consultants Sdn. Bhd., where he advises businesses across a wide range of industries on strategic tax planning, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, and financial reporting matters. With extensive experience in both taxation and audit, he provides practical, commercially focused solutions that support businesses in achieving sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

He possesses extensive expertise in Malaysian direct and indirect taxation, including corporate income tax, personal income tax, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and e-Invoicing implementation. In addition, he has practical audit experience and is well-versed in the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), providing him with a strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management. Throughout his career, Mr Ma has successfully assisted numerous companies in strengthening tax compliance, managing tax risks, undertaking business restructuring, implementing Malaysia's e-Invoicing framework, and enhancing financial reporting practices. His combination of technical expertise and commercial insight enables him to deliver practical, value-driven solutions that help businesses remain compliant while supporting long-term growth.
