Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company's announcements in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A.

Reference is made to the Company's first announcement dated 25 March 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company triggering the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Company wishes to announce that, save for the announcements on 23 June 2026 in relation to the completion of the Regularisation Plan, there has been no other material developments on the affected listed issuer status of the Company.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development on the affected listed issuer status of the Company accordingly.
