The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bus Cap Berhad ("Bus Cap" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Bus Cap had on 18 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with BYD Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201401018653 (1094740-K)] to pursue a strategic cooperation framework for the development of a Malaysia-based new energy commercial vehicle platform, including the proposed establishment of a local assembly and manufacturing facility in Perak for electric buses and related ancillary.
