Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 15 December 2025 in relation to the above matter ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Midtown ("Board") wishes to announce that Midtown Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 August 2026 accepted a VO to the Letter of Appointment ("LOA") dated 15 December 2025 from one of the leading multinational technology corporations headquartered in the United States, in respect of the construction and completion of a data centre located in State of Johor ("Project").

The original contract sum of the Project was RM63,600,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Only), pursuant to the LOA dated 15 December 2025. Following the acceptance of the VO, the contract sum for the Project has been revised upwards to RM73,335,581.68 (Ringgit Malaysia Seventy Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty One and Sen Sixty Eight Only).
