Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to update the following: -
Following the opportunity previously offered by MARii, Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd ("PLSB") successfully completed the Automotive Smart Manufacturing Badge ("Auto-SMART") Programme on-site assessment on 13 May 2026.
- The Auto-SMART programme concluded on 13 July 2026, and PLSB was awarded Level 3 (1-Star Badge). Whilst PLSB has yet to attain Level 5 (Smart & Intelligent Factory), PLSB acknowledges and supports the government's IR4.0 agenda by proactively addressing the improvement plans highlighted in the Auto-SMART programme report.
