Ms. Yong Hui Nee is a Chartered Accountant specialising in audit and assurance, with over 20 years of experience in audit firms. She began her career at BDO Binder, Kuala Lumpur, where she worked from year 2003 to 2007. She then joined KPMG Singapore from 2007 to 2008, followed by a tenure at RSM Robert Teo, Kuan & Co. from 2008 to 2011, before moving to her current firm, Ecovis Malaysia PLT, in 2012. She currently serves as an Audit Partner of Ecovis Malaysia PLT.

Ms. Yong Hui Nee serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair, with oversight responsibilities in financial reporting, audit, risk management, and corporate governance matters. She has experience working with Board of Directors and Audit Committees of listed entities, multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and non-profit organisations on audit, financial reporting and regulatory matters. Her professional experience includes assurance engagements, financial due diligence, investigative assignments, corporate exercises and IPO-related engagements. She possesses sound knowledge of accounting and auditing standards as well as relevant regulatory requirements, and adopts a balanced and professional approach in applying professional scepticism while engaging constructively with management and stakeholders.
