It is with great sadness that the Group wishes to announce the passing of its Independent Non-Executive Director, Dr. Ong Chin Yee, on 17 September 2026. Dr. Ong Chin Yee was a geotechnical specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the design and construction of building foundations. The thoughts and prayers of the Group are with Dr. Ong family during this difficult and challenging time. In the interim, the Board will assume Dr. Ong roles and responsibilities until a suitable permanent candidate is identified to take over the role.
