The Board of Directors of Greentronics Technology Berhad ("Greentronics" or "Company") ("Board") wishes to announce that Greentronics Recycle Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202201034226 (1479923-T)] ("GRSB" or "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 28 September 2026 entered into a Shares Sale Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement ("Agreement") with DB Karya Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200101004272 (540028-H)] ("DB Karya" or "Vendor") to acquire 51,000 ordinary shares in Tujuan RE Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202101029493 (1429793-P)] ("Tujuan RE" or "Target"), representing a 51% equity interest in Tujuan RE (the "Sale Shares"), for a cash consideration of RM2,000,000 ("Consideration") ("Acquisition").

Upon completion of the Acquisition, Tujuan RE will become an indirect 51%-owned subsidiary of Greentronics.
