The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. The next financial year will commence from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2027, covering a period of 18 months. The rationale is to facilitate the realignment of the Group business strategy and to better align its financial reporting and business planning with the Group strategic direction.
