Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements from year 2020, year 2021, year 2022, year 2023, year 2024, 8 January 2025, 24 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 3 September 2025, 9 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 18 December 2025, 21 January 2026, 3 March 2026, 19 May 2026,13 July 2026 and 24 August 2026.

 

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the abovesaid matter:

 

(i)       During the continued trial proceedings held on 22 September 2026, 28 September 2026 and 29 September 2026, the Plaintiff's solicitors commenced the cross-examination of the Defendant's two factual witnesses. However, only the cross-examination and re-examination of the Defendant's 1st factual witness were completed during this tranche of trial. The Defendant's 2nd factual witness was released, with the evidence reserved for the trial on quantum; and

 

(ii)      The Court has fixed next trial dates on 26 October 2026, 29 October 2026 and 2 to 5 November 2026 for the continuation of the trial.

 

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
