Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements dated 26 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 9 January 2026, 23 April 2026 and 12 August 2026.

The Company wishes to announce that the Case Management in respect of the aforesaid winding-up proceedings was held on 24 September 2026.

At the Case Management, the Court granted the Company's application for an extension of time to file the Affidavit in Opposition. The Court also allowed the hearing date to be adjourned to 17 November 2026. Consequently, the hearing previously scheduled for 24 September 2026 has been vacated.

Further announcement(s) will be made as and when there are material developments in relation to the above matter.
