Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 18 September 2025, 1 December 2025, 15 January 2026 and 16 July 2026.

Further to the Company's announcement dated 16 July 2026, WBSB has received a letter from CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad notifying WBSB a Garnishee order on WBSB's bank account initiated by Hikmat Duta Sdn. Bhd.

Upon checking with the Court the Garnishee order was fixed for case management on 7 October 2026. Following the Judicial Management Application filed by Wijaya Sejahtera Sdn. Bhd. ("Wijaya") against WBSB at the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam under Originating Summons No. BA-28JM-12-09/2026 scheduled for hearing on 26 November 2026, the case management for garnishee order is rescheduled to 15 December 2026.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the above matter as and when necessary.
