Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 11 March 2026, 13 March 2026, 10 April 2026 and 17 July 2026.

 

Reference is made to the hearing of the winding-up petition against WBSB, which was previously fixed on 28 September 2026.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the hearing in respect of the aforesaid legal proceedings, which was originally scheduled for 28 September 2026, has been postponed to 1 December 2026.

 

The postponement was due to the hearing of the Judicial Management Application involving WBSB, initiated by Wijaya Sejahtera Sdn. Bhd., which has been fixed for 26 November 2026 at the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam.

 

Further announcement(s) will be made on any material developments in relation to the above matter, where necessary.
