Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 18 September 2025, 1 December 2025, 15 January 2026, 16 July 2026 and 12 October 2026.

Further to the Company's Announcement dated 12 October 2026 in respect to the Kuala Lumpur High Court suit no. WA-24C-149-09/2025, the Company wishes to announce the additional information as follows:-

(a)     The delay in making announcement upon the receipt of the letter from CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad on the notification of a garnishee order on Widad Builders Sdn. Bhd.'s ("WBSB") bank account initiated by Hikmat Duta Sdn. Bhd. was due to the following reasons :-

         (i)    WBSB legal counsel informed that he will not be in Malaysia beginning from 29 September to 16 October 2026.

        (ii)     The Garnishee Order was filed ex-parte. WBSB legal counsel needed time to obtain the garnishee order from the court system.

       (iii)     On 9 October 2026, legal counsel updated WBSB as follows :-

• That he attended the case management via e-review from oversea on 7 October 2026; and

   

• That the case management rescheduled to 15 December 2026 following application for Judicial Management filed by Wijaya Sejahtera Sdn. Bhd. against WBSB.

(b)     Outcome of the case management on 7 October 2026 :-

          The Court rescheduled the case management to 15 December 2026.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the above matter as and when necessary.
