Following the disposal of its cloud business, K-One's NTA is expected to increase to approximately RM0.20 per share. After paying a special dividend of RM0.09, the adjusted NTA should still stand at around RM0.11 per share. With the current share price at RM0.15, there appears to be an upside potential of about 25%, making the stock worth considering.
