Nothing to do about staff age. In RHB I met an elderly bank manager of I Avenue Penang. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth.
Public Bank staff are quite knowledgeable and friendly too. However their products are not appealing to younger generation customers. For example just compare Public Bank share trading platform and Rakuten trade.
My worst experience was at Hong Leong Bank staff in I Avenue Penang. Even the guard in this branch was rude and lazy.
