the question is whether the 200 mil owed to MOT is material announcement that should be informed to Bursa.. if it is and not being done, then it is a an offence... not sure what SC and MSWG take on this...

让我猜一下啦 😂 感觉这次 JPJ 的事情，可能只是双方对协议里的 profit-sharing 条款理解不同。

JPJ 可能认为达到某个条件就应该分成，而 vendor 可能有另一种解释。

所以双方可能都有法律依据，这也解释了为什么 2023 年的款项不能直接要求，双方目前还在谈。

可能不是谁一定对、谁一定错，而是协议到底怎么解释、什么时候触发 profit sharing的问题。😈
