UEMS property sales still quite steady but with high debt levels and thin margins, so unless they start delivering better recurring income or clear their land bank faster, it is hard to say if holding for the long term is worth the headache.

mr NTR Razak,if u play this share lai this,i can confirm totally long term must loss de.............this share is my sub company,up down nothing de,i think buy one not lan use land,wait one day make to gold land only(10 years,20 years nothing de),i known this share and i feel average price 0.55-0.58 lai that now,if u collection so high,another story la .........i use month,free money and dividend buy de,not me can choose what time collection,see tuhan i have money time if not good choose another share,so collection this share back only now,if make sub company cont collecton or stop also can de,less sell make sub company jo,but if nice moment also sell de,is less have this kind moment only................Hahahahaha
