The company is trading at an astronomically high P/E ratio of roughly 300x to 421x. For context, a normal, healthy company trades around a P/E of 15. At a P/E of 300+, it would take the company 300 years of its current profits to make back the money of someone buying today. That isn't investing; that's paying a premium for pure hype.

You saying the company is great, but look at the actual bottom line. Their annual net profit is only around RM1.12 million, yet the stock market has priced the company at over RM345 million. The business operations do not back up the stock price. The math simply does not make sense.

They are doing a 1-to-5 share split and a massive RM31.1 million private placement. When a company prints millions of new shares like that, it heavily dilutes the value for ordinary retail investors. They are flooding the market with shares to raise cash because their core business operations aren't generating enough cash on their own.

Historically, PJBumi has been classified as a PN17 (Practice Note 17) company in the past due to financial distress. Companies that trigger corporate governance red flags and experience extreme, volatile price spikes without matching profit growth are classic traps for retail buyers. I don't gamble my hard-earned money on speculative hype lol.

If you believe in it so much, pls continue. But don't tell me a business making RM1 million a year is worth RM345 million. I follow the audited financial statements, not market gossip. haha
