Just chillax and let the mgmt handle their business. They know the business/company better than anyone, so they know best :) skpres mgmt is not the type that simply buyback shares or spend unnecessarily on capex without good reason :)

I doubt it's priced in :) it's about whether can esceram maintain the 4%+ margin in FY2027. If q1fy27 showing similar margin, it will head to 3rd floor before the results is out.

Ooh boy. No wonder the price is so strong. Building materials defended the 4%+ pbt margin. Cash flow, balance sheet, building materials outlook and earnings quality are looking good.
