I have no idea why tgs tw didn't resign from Zetrix yet. But I do think Zetrix Audit Committee should initiate forensic audit/independent reviews to clear the air. Even M&A Equity has initiated independent review and put Sean Yap on admin leave due to his involvement in Myeg Ventures, Next Lion Limited, FTHAU.

Mistakes or deficiencies can happen during audit due to resource constraint or too many companies to audit? Maybe TGS TW felt that it's time to trim the number of clients so that they can focus on better audit reviews?

Lim Ge Ru(Engagement Quality Control Reviewer): Fined RM25,000 for failing to adequately review high-risk audit conclusions.

Chillax TN. It's ok to have your own valuation and it is ok that we have different views on Zetrix. I trust the annual report until Lim Ge Ru who has been part of Zetrix's TGS TW IA since 2023 has been sanctioned by SC related to quality of audit review.

The discussions in this thread should not be viewed as the reason holding people back from buying Zetrix or selling Zetrix. Everyone is entitled to their opinions :) just keep sharing your views and focus on "what" and not "who" :)

The auditor from TGS TW that audited Zetrix was sanctioned by SC recently, the assassin. Lim Ge Ru was the one in Zetrix independent auditor report. TGS TW has resigned from quite a number of companies; including Eforce.
