Exactly apple tan, it does not make sense for some one to abandon the golden goose.(the profit is so good every year). Could it be the golden goose is just a rotten goose?
Peace, come on. Someone like ts wong easily can raise rm700m(assump figure) needed to cover the margin. A year PAT for 2026 alone is Rm1.08B. He has been there since y2000. In y2021 alone, the pat already rm320m. I don't believe he sell it to cover the margin. That's too simple for someone like ts wong.
Peace&ramki, it still did not make sense why he disposed so much when he know the company investment going to make huge revenue+profit (in AI and nasdag listing). I am sure he will even pinjam ahlong(to cover the margin) to maintain his 30%. But he did the opposite. That's show who he is.
Ramki, I am still in the dark why the h**l he want to exit when the company have Rm1.05B PAT last year. Nobody slaughter a golden goose. I am sure he is not st*pid.
Apple tan, exactly. Rm250m was paid in August. Rm215m matured in March 2027. Rm110m in August 2027. Rm100m in Nov 2027.
Last year PAT was Rm1.08B. No way a company with that 1 year PAT have so big problem like zentrix. I am very sure with ts Wong only have 6% left from 30%, he want it to happen. No saint mind want to reduce stake like that when a company pat 1B a year. But it's happen. It must be an earth quake or volcano he is running like seeing a ghost.
Restia, there are only 2 posiblity.
1. He is trying to get the best rm for his share before he retires permanently in zetrix. I am confidence 90% posiblity is heading this way.
2. He is trying to solve the margin call issue while looking for pengyu to invest. This scenario is less likely. No human is looking for somebody else to take over n run the company when he have only 6% share left. With 6%, he is a nobody.
