这个是call warrant，算法是 母股当前价钱 加 premium 减去 exercise value 5.08 然后除于 exercise ratio 15。只有母股涨才会涨。当然 premium % 的变动也会影响价钱。

这个是call warrant，算法是 母股当前价钱 5.69 加 premium 1.19 减去 exercise value 5.08 然后除于 exercise ratio 15 等于现在价钱 0.12。只有母股涨才会涨。当然 premium % 的变动也会影响价钱。所以不是大佬压价，而是formula就是这样算，母股不动，你推不上call warrant。
