拖欠314m, 以及6月底的现金留500+m，到底公司如果付完JPJ,资金流很紧张。我们把314m 平均来算，5月中至6月底，大概拖欠JPJ才105m. 其他的7-9月也是有收款，只是没付给JPJ.

1）乐观看法
原先想拖账以换取extend contract.

2) 悲观看法
公司把收到的款转出去买回股票为了防止大跌，以防自己margin call
