A structurally larger plantation base means more potential FFB output, while strong CPO prices provide operating leverage.

Add in the removal of the loss-making timber drag, and you have a much cleaner earnings profile.

The real question now: how much of this growth is the market already pricing in?

Market already price in quite a lot so better wait for a pullback before jumping in because the timber exit is already old news.

At ~RM1.14, WTK looks partly but not fully priced in: with ~4.8× TTM P/E, ~0.7× book value, 1H26 net profit growth of +248% YoY, and a larger ~31,810-ha plantation base, I estimate the market has priced in around 60–70% of the turnaround. The remaining upside of roughly 20–35% depends on sustained FFB growth, firm CPO prices and the continued removal of the loss-making timber drag

That 4.8 times PE really look like the market still sleeping on the plantation turnaround potential even though the numbers starting to show real momentum.

market still sleeping on WTK's solid momentum but once people wake up to that 4.8 PE, the upside potential confirm can fly one
