You won't believe it, but The Arch Galeries actually has the best sound system! The "Heineken House" wine and music festival has chosen two event halls: Hall B (XOX Arena) will host the "Star Arena" with DJ Axwell, and Hall A (no name) will serve as "Star Club" with other DJs. My prediction about The Arch Galeries five years ago is coming true even better than I expected! Just like Warren Buffett, I was confident in the management, and they do not disappoint me!
In spite of the able management, the 90.5¢ valuation, a few years ago, was ridiculous, as it was no GENM. Hence, I told others to wait for 0.5¢ (RM31.86M market value) since the sharks could not hold the 60-70¢ range for long. With the completion of The Arch KL, the 0.5¢ or 1¢ valuation is justified or a good bargain!

They thought I was crazy when I told them to wait for 0.5¢! Hehe:) If you cannot predict the future, go for bank deposits then:)
This is the worst revenue since June 30, 2020! Before the naysayers attack me, note that the gross margin is 70.4%—the best since 2019 (ignoring all quarters from 2018 and thereafter)! Hahaha:)
Hence, the first principle—0.5¢ + cash cow—is important in all cases. For example, can the naysayers dump shares below 0.5¢? Hehehe:)
