The Government/RTD cannot possibly accept any payment plan except for full and immediate payment from Zetrix as the RM341m arrears relate to agency fees collected ON BEHALF of the Government (technically this should be “escrow monies”). I am not sure about accounting fraud, Ah Beng. But, can you verify Q1 current liabilities for trade payables and account payables versus Q2 trade payables and account payables. I think Zetrix forgot they have paid the payables and accruals is it? Balance sheet is getting tougher to balance?
